We would like to introduce you to our special tribute to The Kings of Swing Event with the prolifically acclaimed GARY GRACE.

Anyone who enjoys the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and the smooth easy listening or big band entertainers of their day will love what is on offer for this special night at The White Heart.

The night begins with a Pink fizz cocktail reception. A Saint Valentine inspired meal. Followed by a great performance from Gary Grace.

STARTERS

Roasted apple and beetroot soup
Served with a Heart of cream & cheesy crouton.

A cushion of bubble and squeak
Topped with a medley of sautéed sweet onions, black pudding and shard of crispy bacon. With a puree of apple and parsnip.

In The Pink
Poached salmon, lemon and dill mouse, Sweet chilli sauce and a crispy heart crouton.

Zesty salad
Pink grapefruit and orange salad. Kissed with a sweet bloom honey and a light touch of crumbled feta cheese.

MAINS

Heart Warming Chic CHICK’ Pie
Rich creamy chicken leek and tarragon pie, with a buttery puffed crust.

Al dente, (Love that little bite)
Penne pasta, married with garlic, zucchini, lemon and ricotta. Topped with a sweet beetroot crisp and a drizzle of virgin olive oil.

Seafood Saint Jacque
Medley of seafood delights in a rich white wine cream sauce. With a collar of whipped potato. Topped with a lemon and herby gremolata.

Steak Your Intention
Local sirloin steak, pan-fried and partnered with sweet oven roasted tomatoes.

All the above are served with a medley of vegetables and potatoes.
