SOUP. Chef's home made
soup of the day. 
MUSSELS.
Fresh mussels, served in cream and white wine stock.
YORKSHIRE PUD’. Home made
Yorkshire pudding,
served with rich onion gravy.
PARFAIT. Silky smooth chicken liver parfait.
Served with buttery toasted brioche and green salad.
SALMON.
Poached salmon, lemon & dill mousse.
Served with sweet chilli sauce & a crispy heart crouton.
MUSHROOMS. Pot of Garlic mushrooms
topped with Stilton crust. 
PEPPER. Roasted pepper stuffed with Moroccan spiced
cous cous,
tomato salsa and Moroccan yoghurt sauce.
DUCK.
Confit of duck leg, served with spiced plum & a potato
rosti.

RISOTTO.
Spring risotto of lemon, parsley and petit pois.
Topped
with Parmesan shavings. 
BEEF. Locally produced sirloin of beef with gravy and
Yorkshire pudding.
ROAST VEG MEDLEY. Served in a puff
pastry case, topped with
goats cheese, served with a basil & tomato sauce. 
CHICKEN KIEV.
The White Heart way. Stuffed with honey roast ham,
spinach, mozzarella and garlic butter.
PORK DUO.
Pan fried pork chop with slow cooked belly pork and crispy
crackling. Served with apple sauce.
FISH & CHIPS. Beer battered
fillet of fish, served with hand cut chips,
pea puree and tartare sauce.
GROUND BEEF BURGER.
6oz home made burger, topped with bacon and
red Leicester cheese, sat upon toasted bread and served with fries.
SEA BREAM. Served
with stir fried vegetables in a soya sauce reduction.
LAMB HENRY. Shoulder of
lamb, slow roasted for 8 hours until
perfectly tender. (Cousin to the lamb shank.)

BROWNIE. Home made chocolate brownie, served with vanilla
ice cream.
'T' CUP TREAT.
Filled with caramel, rich Belgian chocolate mousse
& topped with a sea salt chocolate disc.
CHEESE PLATE. Farmhouse cheeses, served with crackers
and Christmas relish.
ICE CREAM.
Home made ice cream of the day (please ask your server).
STICKY TOFFEE.
Rich and sticky toffee pudding, served with fresh cream.
CRUMBLE. Apple and berry crumble. Served with vanilla
custard.
TIRAMISU. The
