with Stilton crust. 
Crostini, with cream cheese and smoked salmon, dressed
with honey mustard.
Parfait of silky smooth chicken liver. Served with buttery
toasted brioche.

Traditional Christmas turkey dinner, served with home
made stuffing and cranberry.
Locally produced sirloin of beef
with gravy and “Yorky
Pud”.
Thai fish cake, served with a sweet chilli sauce.
Chestnut, leek and mushroom stroganoff, served with
steamed rice.
All main courses are served with potatoes and fresh
vegetables.
